2185944 - Form Template Selection Rule Not Working as Expected

A rule has been maintained in Form Template Selection, but it is not working as expected.

1. Go to Application and User Management Work Center
2. Go to the Form Template Selection view.
3. From the dropdown list, select the relevant business document for which the rules have been maintained.

Although the required rule is maintained, it is not applied when the document is sent.

A generic rule is placed above the desired rule in the list.

The form template selection rules are evaluated in the order in which they appear in the list, starting from the top.

The system processes the rules in the order in which they appear in the list, starting from the top. Hence, the more specific rules should be placed in the top of list. 

Considering this, it is recommended that the more generic rules are placed on the bottom of the list.
