2185944 - Form Template Selection Rule Not Working

You have maintained a rule in Form Template Selection, however it is not working as expected.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Application and User Management.
2. Enter the Form Template Selection view.
3. In the dropdown list, select the business document for which you maintained the rules.

Here the rules are maintained, however they are not applied when the document is sent.

There is a generic rule above the desired rule in the list.

The system processes the rules in order of their appearance in the list starting at the top.  The more specific rules should be placed in the top of list.
Considering this, it is recommended that the more generic rules are placed on the bottom of the list.
