2185978 - How to remove the Freight Unit from the 'Cargo' or 'Items' tab of the Freight Order/Freight Booking if the item is deleted?

Symptom

In some cases if a Freight Unit is removed from a Freight Document (Freight Order or Freight Booking), the removed items are still visible on the Cargo/Items tab of the Freight Document but cannot be seen on the 'Document flow' tab.
As the items are unassigned, they should be deleted from the Cargo/Items tab, too.
