2186009 - No error message displayed after login to BI launchpad and redirects to the same login page

Symptom

  • After filling the credentials in BI launchpad and click on login, it redirects to the same login page without displaying any error message.
  • This is observed for non-Administrator login.
  • The usual symptoms of invalid license keys display an error message stating an invalid login. However, in this case is also observed that no error message is dispayed, simply redirects back to the login form.
