2186036 - EasyDMS no entries available in Windows Explorer after logged on

Symptom

You have installed the latest version of SAP Easy Document Management (EasyDMS). When logged on to
EasyDMS using the icon 'SAP Easy Document Mangement' only desktop icon is displayed. the following
folders do not exist in Windows Explorer:

  • Private Root Folder
  • Public Root Folder
  • Search Result
