Symptom

  • An ESP project is being started which reads huge input data at startup time.
  • One of the following timeout errors is reported:
     
    • If reading input file takes longer than 60 seconds and the timeout value is not specified:
       
        > start project default/csv_input
        [error] server returned : [TIMEOUT]
       
    • If reading input file takes longer than 60 seconds and the timeout value is 60 or larger:
       
       > start project default/csv_input 60
       [error] server returned : Failed to create input stream: Read timed out
