2186527 - Applet Initialization error when attempting to modify Web Intelligence reports with the Applet via BI Launchpad

User got an Applet Initialization error when attempting to modify Web Intelligence reports using the Applet via BI Launchpad. 

The Applet is working in Chrome, but not in Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421.
