Comments entered by E on first step of Route Map in teh Overall Performance Section are not visible to EM on PDF printout while form is still in first step

• Employee gets a form in first step
• Manager has OOTA and goes into the form and adds comments.

-  (EM) => Performance module => Team Overview screen => click the Manager Assessment => <Review "user" (E)> button
- Add comments in the sections => click the <Save and Finish Later> button => click the “Save and Leave” button

However when you view PDF in the EM section you see, “Comments not provided” when EM actually entered a comment.

This would be the expected behavior, since the form has not been officially routed to the manager. Once the form gets to the manager in regular step, (not via OOTA) you will be able to print with the Overall Performance Section comments.

This known behavior only applies to the Overall Performance Section.
