  • EIM Adaptive processing server running with errors.
  • In properties it says "Data Cleaning Advisor Service not started".

  • On the server where EIM APS is installed the following folder/directory is empty:
    [Install_Path]\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\pjs\services\ICC.DCAService\lib
