Symptom

The maintained ATP categories in customizing 'Check Control: scope of check' are not considered in case of a fixed pegging relationship, therefore sales order or stock transfer order (STO) can get a confirmation even if ATP category for the fix pegged document (e.g. planned order 'AI') is not in 'Check Control: scope of check'.
