2186787 - SAP BW entitlement system user is locked unexpectedly

Symptom

  • When Refreshing report data, the error "Error when refreshing report data attempt"
  • In SM20 BW logs found  that SAP account used with SAP entitlement system at CMC is locked when BI submit the bex query to the BW
  • Even changing the SAP account, we still have error shown in SM20 logs with the first account
