2186823 - To run a report showing the Admin Workflows to help with Role Management

• How can a report be generated showing the Admin Workflows to help with Role Management?
• You want to make sure the Admin role you are assigning has the proper Workflows assigned in System Admin > Security > Role Management

• SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

To export a spreadsheet of Workflows for the chosen Admin Roles:

1. Log into Learning as an Administrator
2. Navigate to System Admin > Tools > Export Data
3. Select Record Type 'Admin Role' from the drop-down menu
4. Click 'Next'
5. Add the ALL, ALL_CONNECTOR, and ALL_PERFORMANCE roles
6. Click 'Next' 
7. Schedule the job to run
8. Check the 'Notify via Email Upon Completion' checkbox to receive an email when the job is complete
9. When the job completes, return to System Admin>Tools>Export Data to view the report
