Symptom

How to create a report containing detailed information of all Planning Proposals

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Cause

A new customized report can be created using the "Material Supply and Demand List" Data Source, which provides information for all Proposal types.

Resolution

Create a Customized Report using Data Source ID: SCMMSDVV02 with description Material Supply and Demand List.

Once the report is created, the proposal details can be obtained by filtering using the field Category using the below values

  1. Purchase Proposal
  2. Purchase Proposal (Firm)
  3. Production Proposal
  4. Firm Production Proposal
  5. Dependent Demand (Proposal)
  6. Production Request
  7. Dependent Demand (Request)
  8. Stock Transfer Demand
  9. Stock Transfer Demand in Execution
  10. Stock Transfer Proposal
  11. Stock Transfer Demand Proposal
