2187163 - Drag and drop doesn't work when a new step is added to a Route Map for multiple forms - Performance Management

When creating a new step in the route map for launched forms using the Modify Form Route map, the additional step is always added in the last step.

• For a single form, we can add the additional step in the last step and then use drag and drop functionality to re-order the steps as per the requirement.
• For a group of forms, the additional new step cannot be re-ordered as the drag and drop functionality cannot be used. It can only be added at the last step for a group of forms.

SAP Successfactors Performance Management

1. Admin Tools > Modify Form Route Map
2. Search by Form Template > Then select the required PM template and then select the group of forms which requires modification.
3. Search and select the forms in which the new step should be added > Next > Add a step.
4. In the Modify stage, the new step can only be added as the last step.
5. The functionality for drag and drop is not available. Drag and drop functionality is only available for single forms.

This is the system expected behaviour. It's a system limitation that the new step added in the route map for a group of forms can't be re-ordered.

The best practice is to create the route map with the correct steps before form launch. However, it’s easy to do some modification for a single form as system can handle that technically.
