2187194 - Internal Candidates not able to edit Candidate Profile fields - Recruiting Management

Internal Candidates tries to update the information present on their Candidate Profile, however the fields are not editable.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log to your SuccessFactors system;
2. Go to Careers;
3. Open Candidate Profile;
4. Fields are not editable.

The Candidate Profile fields which are synchronized to Employee Profile (sm-mapped) and also will follow the RBP permissions instead of Succession Data Model permissions.

To grant the RBP permission to edit these fields, please, follow below steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Set User Permissions > Manage Permission Roles.
2. Select the Permission Role you would like to modify (depending on the granted and target population).
3. Click the “Permission” button > select “Employee Data” tab > enable View and/or Edit permission for the desired Employee Profile fields or background elements > click on “Done”.
4. Click on “Save Changes”.
