2187363 - *** ERROR => ExecPSpawnPrg: dup2(stdout) failed

Symptom

The webdispatcher.exe is failing to start. You can see on the Web Dispatcher trace file (dev_webdisp) the following error when starting: 

 [Thr xxxx] Adding HttpAdminHandler:
PREFIX=/sap/wdisp/admin,[PORT=xx] DOCROOT=./admin,AUTHFILE=icmauth.txt
[Thr xxxx] HttpExtractArchive: extract archive. /wdispadmin.SAR to .
[Thr xxxx] *** ERROR => ExecPSpawnPrg: dup2(stdout) failed [execnti.c 952]
[Thr xxxx] *** ERROR => ExecPSpawnPrg: dup2(stderr) failed [execnti.c 958]
