2187418 - Create custom folder to upload and manage the attachment

Symptom

When customers open the agentry client on the iOS device, they can browse and only upload files from "Application Support", "Document" and "Photo Library" folder.

And customers cannot change the folders' name because they are the root folders and controlled by the platform and the application itself.

However, they can create the custom subfolder under the root folder and manage the attachment.
