2187565 - Compensation Management - How to create a Combined Statement Templates from SuccessStore

Symptom

What is a Combined Statement Template?

Customers can download Combined Statement Templates from SuccessStore along with Compensation Statement Templates and VarPay Statement Templates.

These templates work in the same way as Compensation and Variable Pay templates work, in addition to allowing you to include multiple Comp and VarPay templates into one.

That was a limitation in previous releases, where integrating Compensation data and Variable Pay data on the same Statements template required to engage Customer Support for customizing a statement template, incurring in costs.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  1. Add fields to the sections by slecting them via the "Add Compensation Fields"– Here you need to first choose the plan which the fields need to be pulled from. Once you choose the plan, you get the list of fields that can be pulled from that plan. You can then multi-select the fields that you want to add from the Plan:

  1. The sections and fields can be configured to be conditional. For the section you can define which plan and which field controls the visibility of the section:
