2187696 - CCMS agent disabled: AS Java System Overview gray lights

Symptom

The AS Java System Overview has gray lights or presenting error on the NWA page. Looking into the defaultTrace*.trc logs the following can be seen:

[EXCEPTION]
This exception is wrapper of javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException.
com.sap.engine.services.webservices.espbase.client.bindings.exceptions.SOAPFaultException:
CCMS agent disabled
