2187756 - SAP Web dispatcher/ICM does not work due to the limit of OS open file descriptors

Symptom

HTTP(S) connections are failing. In either SAP Web dispatcher or ICM trace logs(dev_webdisp, dev_icm) you can see the following error logs:
