2188747 - Error "Not Connected" when trying to publish to Explorer from Lumira Desktop

Symptom

When attempting to publish a dataset to Explorer, the error "Not Connected" appears.

In addition, the log files show the error:
"It was not possible to establish an Explorer user session. Check the parameters. (HDB 05301)"

Environment

  • SAP Lumira Desktop 1.29 and eariler.
  • NOTE: Lumira 1.30 and later do not have the Share room, thus publish to Explorer is no longer possible.
