When creating a tenant database on a multinode system specifying the master node does not appear to be working, ie:
Create database <SID> at location 'node1:port' add 'indexserver' at 'node2:port' add 'indexserver' at 'node3:port'
add 'indexserver' at 'node:32270' add 'indexserver'
at 'node5:32270' SYSTEM user password <(><<)>Keypass>
The master node is not node1, but could be any of the listed nodes.
