Symptom

  • ECDA binary installation is completed ,but following error message occurs after 'Creating uninstaller...' message is displayed.

      100 % complete

     Creating uninstaller...
     Errors occurred during the installation. - An error occurred and product update failed. Look at the log file /.../ECDA/log.txt for details.

  • We could see the message below from log.txt file.

      com.installshield.util.ProcessExecException: Cannot run /.../setupsolarisSparc.bin - exec failed (ENOENT)
