All the fields in the graph below, are supported for use in the 'basic information' section of the Talent Search; however, some are not supported for use on the Faceted Filter section on the results section:

Besides the above standard elements, Talent Search also supports search on:

• All User-Info elements
• Background elements, including Trend elements
  • Note:  Background elements with id "sysScoreCard" are NOT included in Advanced Information such as the Nomination Portlet, Successor Portlet and Development Objectives Portlet.
• Competencies
• Employee Central Job Info entity
• MDF Talent Pools
  • Note: This is found under Advanced Information

Note 1: For users with Global Assignment: it is not possible to search for the Global Assignment user when using the “Username” field under Basic Information. Only the primary assignment username is sent to server no matter which assignment is selected.

Note 2: With Job Profile Builder enabled you can use Competencies and Behaviors as search criteria, but not Skills.
