2189207 - Error While Checking the PDI Solution: Not Yet Published Object

Symptom

The below error comes up when performing a consistency check of a solution in SAP Cloud Applications Studio:

  • Not yet published object: /YVXXXXX_MAIN/CHANGE_TRANSACTIONS/.. /uichange. 

Environment

  • SAP Cloud Applications Studio
  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAP Cloud Applications Studio.
  2. Open the solution.
  3. Right Click on the solution and select Check > Items and Runtime objects
  4. Error appears.

Cause

You have performed some changes in the UI Designer, of which creates a change transaction that is not yet published.

Resolution

You have to save and activate the changed UI component in the UI Designer.

  1. Login to Cloud Applications Studio.
  2. Open the Solution.
  3. Open the changed UI component on UI Designer.
  4. Save and Activate it.

And in case, after performing these steps you are still getting a UI Designer exception, then please navigate to the Extensibility Explorer and publish these changes again, this should resolve this error.
