2189294 - Unable to find servers in CMS SERVERNAME.com:6400 and cluster @SERVERNAME.com:6400 with kind pjs and service DS.AdminService - Data Services 4.x

Symptom

  • The Central Management Console (CMC) is very slow in coming up
  • EIM.AdaptiveProcessingServer will not start
  • Data Services repositories show as Inactive in the CMC
  • The following message is seen when testing the repository connections and in the DS Management Console:

Unable to find servers in CMS SERVERNAME.com:6400 and cluster @SERVERNAME.com:6400 with kind pjs and service DS.AdminService. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
