Symptom

  • During the pre processing phase of activity archiving, the archiving flag is not set in the activities
  • As a result of this, it is not possible to continue with the next steps for archiving the activities.
  • The function module that is supposed to flag these activities for archiving during the pre-processing phase is CRM_ARC_ACT_ON_CHECK
