2190136 - "Evaluate your Readiness" link is not showing in Career Worksheet - Career Development Planning

The link Evaluate your Readiness is not showing in Career Worksheet v12, even though the Role Readiness form is correctly configured in the Career Worksheet template.

1. Login in instance using an admin user or manager;
2. Proxy as the user for who Role Readiness form will be launched;
3. Go to Development > Career Worksheet;
4. The link "Evaluate your Readiness" is not available:

There are multiple reasons why the "Evaluate your Readiness" link does not appear in Career Worksheet: 

• The Role Readiness assessment form has not been configured in the Career Worksheet template (it needs to be configured for each locale);
• User does not have the "Performance Management Access" permission in RBP.
• The logged-in user does not have "Permission to Create Forms" for the PM Form template that was configured. 
• You are proxying as the user and trying to launch the Role Readiness assessment form. This is a self-assessment function and the action is not supported by proxy feature. So, the "Evaluate your Readiness" link will only appear to the logged-in user directly (it will not appear if you are proxying as the user).
• The logged-in user has no roles selected for "Job Roles I'm Considering"
• The logged-in user is not viewing their own Career Worksheet. Evaluate your Readiness is not possible to launch from other user. This function is exclusive only to the Employee viewing his/her own Career Worksheet.

To resolve this issue, ensure that your instance is correctly configured according to the steps below and that you are not proxying as someone.

Configure the Role Readiness form in the Career Worksheet template

For detailed information on how to configure the option "Role Readiness: Evaluate your readiness" in Career Worksheet, you can refer to the Career Development Planning Implementation and Administration Guide - Enabling Self-Assessment for Role Readiness.

Note: The configuration requires you to specify a locale for each Role Readiness form ID, so it may happen that a template has been defined for some locales but hasn't been defined for others. It is strongly recommended to configure a Role Readiness form for all locales available in the instance. You can specify the same form ID for all locales. 

Grant "Permission to Create Forms" for the Role Readiness template

To be able to launch a Role Readiness Assessment form, the employees should have "Permission to Create Forms" for the form template in self. To configure this, go to Manage Permission Roles > select the role that grants access to employees in self > enable the "Permission to Create Forms" in "General User Permissions" section > Save it.

Check if the user has "Performance Management Access" permission as well.

Login directly as the user (without proxying)

The link "Evaluate Your Readiness" is available only for logged in user (without proxy):
