2190246 - Unable to Get Batch Specific Alternative Quantity for a Material in Stock Overview

You are unable to find Alternative Quantity for a material though you have Flagged the material as Batch Managed and maintained a conversion factor for an Identified Stock as well.

1. Go to Internal Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to Common Tasks View.
3. Choose Stock Overview.
4. Now Personalize the screen and make the field Alternative Quantity visible under section Untitled Table.
5. Enter the relevant Material ID which is Batch Managed and Conversion factor maintained for respective Identified Stock.
6. Choose Go.
7. Here you are unable to find any value in Alternative Quantity column for above Material ID in stock overview screen.

The system uses batch conversion to display quantities in Alternative Unit of Measurement. This helps to calculate the Alternate Quantity according to the UoM of your choice.

1. Go to Internal Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to Common Tasks View.
3. Choose Stock Overview.
4. Navigate to Personalize option on the top of the screen.
5. Go to section Display Settings and mark field Alternative Unit of Measure.
6. Perform Save.
7. Enter relevant Material ID and then navigate to section Display Settings in stock overview screen.
8. In the field Alternative unit of measure, using drop down select Unit of Measure as per your choice.
9. Choose Go.
10. Now system displays an alternative Quantity as required.
