2190422 - SPDD: DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR dump in /RTC/SAPLCP_KERNEL_IF program

Symptom

During system update or upgrade in phase SPDD the following dump occurs:

DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

Table is unknown or does not exist.

What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "/RTC/SAPLCP_KERNEL_IF" had to be terminated because
it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Error analysis
    In an SAP Open SQL statement, a table is specified that either does not
    exist on the database, or that is not known to the ABAP Data
    Dictionary.
    This is table "/RTC/CP_CONFIG", ....
