2190550 - iOS SAP Fiori Client shows "-20150604115" - FC

Symptom

The URL used for the Fiori client (FC) on iOS works from a browser (authentication and accessing launchpad) but not on the iOS FC itself.
After (or during) authentication it  gives an error ""-20150604115500-" on a blank screen.
The same URL works on a FC on Android.
SAPUI5 libraries have been updated to 1.28.8 and custom theme has been rebuild but the issue remains the same.
