2190964 - Error opening DBFILE when creating a DAS (Shared Nothing) dbspace

Symptom

When creating a DAS (Shared Nothing) dbspace you could get the following error:

create dbspace DAS using
path '/export/home/sybiq/Local1/d1' server B1 mirror path '/export/home/sybiq/Local2/d1' server B2
on logical server ls1 enforce write safe;
-- Could not execute statement.
-- Error opening DBFILE '/export/home/sybiq/Local2/d1'.
