After you have configuration of PHP on SA16, You may faced with the following message on result of phpinfo().
SQLAnywhere client version :: The SQLAnywhere client libraries could not be loaded. Please ensure that "libdbcapi.so" can be found in your "LD_LIBRARY_PATH".
The "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" has been applied and libdbcapi.so file is existed on the path. However this problem still occurred.
