2191142 - PHP configuration on SQL Anywhere 16 :: Unable to load dynamic library : cannot open shared object file

"php-x.x.x.sqlanywhere_r.so" can not be recognized for PHP extension module.
Even though You already configured "extension" and "extention_dir" correctly in php.ini and there is "sqlanywhere.so" file in the folder as configured.
This problem occurred like below.

/opt/sqlanywhere16/sdk/php/examples $ php test.php

  Unable to load dynamic library 'your extention dir and file' : cannot open shared object file

  ***installation incomplete
  Attempting to load php-x.x.xx+debxux_sqlanywhwere.so
  PHP Warning: dl(): Dynamically loaded extensions aren't enabled in /path/

  ***Missing 'extension_dir=' line in php.ini file
  Module load failed
  Check installation instructions
