After trying to send an outbound notification to an Android device via GCM, the following error gets recorded in the Afaria server logs:
ONS1008: Error sending GCM message to client, "xxxx", with Client GUID, "{XXXXXX}". The request failed with GCM message: Fail-GCM Device Not Registered.
