2191516 - Failure to import SCORM content - "Node.getNodeType()" error

When attempting to import SCORM content the following error is returned:

An error was detected while trying to invoke the method org.w3c.dom.Node.getNodeType() of an object loaded from local variable 'n'

SAP SuccessFactors Learning - All Supported Versions

1. Login to Admin > Content > Tools > Import Content
2. Browse and select the zip file containing the content and click next
3. Add valid location and domain and select to import files.

The zip file contains a malformed XML document.

The XML document is used to read the content information.

If this XML cannot be read the content is corrupted and must be recreated before it can be imported into the LMS.
