2191525 - HTTP 500 error viewing WebI report using Siteminder

Symptom

  • When you open WebI instance in PDF format, an empty tab opens but the PDF does not load and it does not create a download window.
  • When you open WebI instance in other format (such as Excel), the file can be successfully opened.
  • Receives HTTP 500 error.
  • Issue could happen with OpenDocument as well.
