SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1.  Launch a form that would contain a signature step with employee.
2.  Move the form to Employee signature step.
3.  As a Manager, open Team Overview page.
4.  Locate the form.
5.  Recall button will appear in the Employee Signature step:

Recall button appears to allow Managers to recall form to the previous step without going via administration as per the above scenario.

If the form route map contains more than one signature step, when recalling the form, it will be routed to the previous modification step. Signature route map steps in between will be skipped.

Recall button cannot be disabled. The button will not appear if the Manager is looking at the form via Team Overview while the form is in a signature step with a Manager him/herself.
