2192113 - Runtime Errors RAISE_EXCEPTION occurs in T-code KKF6N when you create a product cost collector

Symptom

You create a product cost collector in KKF6N and you save it. After the saving, the system issues a dialog box which enquires whether you want to carry out a cost estimate. If you select 'Yes', you then get Runtime Errors RAISE_EXCEPTION.
