Symptom
This article describes how to use the Retirement Rate measure in a Workforce Planning strategic forecast. Please note that this option is only available if you currently have the Retirement Rate measure implemented.
When you create a new Workforce Planning strategic forecast you are able to set a retirement profile.
If you cannot see the option to use Historical Retirement Data then you need to check that you have the Retirement Rate measure. If you do have the Retirement Rate measure this will not be an option. However if you do have the Retirement Rate measure but cannot view the Historical Retirement data option in Set Retirements you can Force Retirement Data refresh for all forecasts by:
1. Navigate to Workforce Planning > Strategic Forecasts
2. Select the Edit menu
3. Select the Force Retirement Data Refresh option
4. Select OK to the message popup
5. Check new and already built forecasts for the Historical Retirement Data option (as seen above)
Environment
This affects any customer that has Workforce Analytics and Planning on any datacenter.
Reproducing the Issue

When you get to the Set Retirements step and Edit Default Retirement Profile, you only see 2 options (as below).
