Symptom

The following entries appear on ICM / Web Dispatcher trace file (dev_icm / dev_webdisp) and timeouts are observed on business user browser

[Thr 105] {00010007} Traffic Control Timeout by peer (30):192.168.100.1:33333 [icxxthr_mt.c 4467]
[Thr 105] {00025190} Traffic Control: Nettimeout (30) exceeded by peer:192.168.100.1:33334 [icxxthr_mt.c 4303]

Or

[Thr 140] HttpPlugInWriteErrorText: return static error for "Traffic control violation" (-30)

If the kernel patch is above the ones mentioned in SAP Note 2205774 - HTTP 408 status code when HTTP requests are not received within the allowed time, the following error message can be seen:
