Symptom
- You are working with Solution Manager Incident Management and you find that Reported by field is not populated automatically when a user creates an incident.
- You execute Help and Create Support Message and the reported is not populated.
- After upgrade of Solution manager for transaction ZMIN the 'Reported by' does not come Automatically. For transaction ZMCR, the Requester field does not come automatically.
- Email action configured to send an Email to the Reporter during incident creation is not triggered upon incident creation from the managed system.
- You are working with Change Request Management (ChaRM) and you find that Requester field is not populated automatically when creating a Request for Change.
