2192647 - "The exam cannot be online as it has no questions" - error when creating new exam

After creating a new exam object and attempting to set it as 'Online' the following error is returned during validation:

The exam cannot be online as it has no questions.

1. Create and Exam object
2. Under the Questions tab add a new set of question by adding an objective to the exam object
3. Navigate to the Summary tab, check the 'Is Online' checkbox and click 'Apply Changes'

Under the 'Questions' tab there were no modifications made to the 'Objective' that was added.

The objective has a pool of questions but you must modify the availability of the questions for them to be used by the Exam.

When looking at the objective object in the questions tab of the exam you will see it has several fields for example, Minimum/Maximum/Pass/Points. These fields are meant to be customized. If the Minimum/Maximum remains at zero then that means this exam will have no questions. This will cause the error described.

Change the Minimum value to at least 1

Change the Maximum to a value greater than 0, based on the number of questions you would like to have in the exam.
