2192756 - Failed to create chart: TypeError: Unable to get property 'calculations' of undefined or null reference

Symptom

  • SAP Lumira Stories published to SAP Lumira Cloud.
  • Randomly when trying to access the stories the error is thrown:

Failed to create chart: TypeError: Unable to get property 'calculations' of undefined or null reference

Environment

  • Lumira Desktop

Resolution

 

  1. Log out of Lumira Cloud.
  2. Close SAP Lumira.
  3. Open the SAPLumira.ini file in the C:\Program Files\SAP Lumira\Desktop" folder.
  4. Change the line  -Dhilo.cef.cache.enabled=true to -Dhilo.cef.cache.enabled=false
  5. Save the changes to the ini file.
  6. Clear web browser cache.
  7. Close web browser and repeat the workflow.
