Reproducing the Issue
- A few employees where the salary ranges are appearing incorrect.
- Ranges seen for these employees are also not in the system.
- It's been verified they have correct Grade on the form.
For e.g. Look at the first and last employee below, both have same Grade but the salary ranges are different.
Salary Ranges for Grade T1-2 should be $15,120.00-$16,632.00-$17,928.00
Cause
The FTE is being used and the employee has an FTE less than 1
Resolution
Review the FTE value using Implementing and Managing Compensation - Standard Columns in the Compensation Plan Template
