2193270 - Can not drop dbspace after dbfile is deleted -- SAP IQ

Symptom

A user dbspace in SAP IQ consisted of one dbfile, that contained data tables.

The dbfile was accidentally deleted from disk.  After this, attempting to drop the dbfile or the dbspace resulted in errors like the following:

>> DROP TABLE REPRO_TEST;

Could not execute statement.
There are no dbspaces open in readwrite mode for this RW operation,

or

>> DROP DBSPACE REPRO_MAIN;
