2193281 - RFSBWA00: accounts are not displayed in the report

Symptom

The GL account does not appear in the list output of the RFSBWA00 report (transaction F.54).

The missing GL account is not linked to the Financial Statement Version. However, the account balance is correctly displayed in RFBILA00 (transaction F.01).
