2193314 - The Learning Administration option is missing in the dashboards for Admin when accessing the ILX

The Learning Admin cannot see the option to access the Learning Administration from dashboards in the ILX home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to BizX/Platform as the Admin User >
2. Navigate to Learning User side and click on the dasboard list >
3. Note the Learning Administration option is missing (highlighted in the screen below):

Possible Causes:

• There is no user associated with the admin profile, or the user ID is different from the admin ID.
• If Terminated Date has been added for the associated user account and Rehire Date is not present then the Admin will not be able to see the option as the system considers that the user account is terminated.

• User Related:

1. Navigate to Learning Admin side >
2. System Administration >
3. Security >
4. Administrators >
5. Access the Admin Profile >

Note that in the field called "Related User" is blank, or is populated with an user ID that differs from the Admin ID.

• Terminated Date:

Rehire Date and Terminated are the attributes present at Basic Configuration of user account:

1. Go to users account detailed page and click View All.
2. If you cannot see these attributes, go to System Admin -> Configurations -> Record Configuration. Select User -> Basic Configuration.
3. Select the attribute from Available section and add to display section:
1. Resolution 1:
1. Add Re hire Date attribute value for the user account
2. Save the changes
3. Logout and log back into LMS as Admin.
2. Resolution 2:
1. Remove Re-hire date if it has been added by mistake
2. Save the changes
3. Logout and log back into LMS as Admin
