2193525 - New depreciation area opened with T-code: AFBN is not automatically created during sub asset creation(T-code: AS11)

Symptom

One new depreciation area is opened by T-code: AFBN. Checking existing sub assets, they have this new area updated in asset master correctly. However when creating a new sub asset with T-code: AS11, the newly created area is not added automatically.
