2194338 - Job Management: Logical Component cannot be added to Job Documentation or is added but not displayed in Job Documentation

Symptom

1.- A logical component was already assigned to the job documentation but no logical component or part of logical components are displayed in job documentation.

2.- When you are adding a new logical component to the job documentation, 2 different issues can happen

a) Logical Component is successfully added but not displayed

b) You get an error:  "Logical Component is already in the Job Documentation"
