  • No business partner was enter in partner function Sold-to Party
  • SMSY_SETUP > Edit > Expert Settings has Generate Business Partners from OSS set to C
  • In AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP_ISV job log, an error is seen for some incidents at the time of creation:
    Error updating message from SAP msg. <full incident ID number>.
    No business partner found
    Postal code must have length X
    No business partner found
